Tempest is an arrestingly beautiful dahlia that pulls you into that rich, scarlet color. I'm not normally one for reds in the garden, but there's nothing boring or traditional feeling about this colorway. We will definitely be growing a lot more of Tempest and can't wait to work this into more bold arrangements.
