Polar Ice is a compact cool white double-petal dahlia whose center leans a bit more lime-yellow in color, setting it apart from my other white dahlias. Strong stems could use some encouragement for a bit more length, but is a great cut flower. Not super generous with her tuber production, but wow this dahlia is so beautiful and unique among my whites, I’ll forgive her more princess-y qualities.
