Jowey Winnie is a shimmering ball dahlia that is hard to capture with words and photos. I prefer this bloom in its earlier stages before the petals begin to curve backward. While maturing into a true ball, Jowey Winnie appears to glow and glimmer with silver dusted pink petals that originate as apricot deeper within the dahlia center.
