An heirloom dahlia, Chilson's Pride is a soft pink dahlia that blends into a white then buttercream center. The petals are slightly fringed (fimbriated) and is a great cut flower with abundant blooms on strong stems. This dahlia’s petal texture appears more ruffled while Just Married appears more fuzzy.
This has become one of my favorite soft pink dahlias. She’s so soft and delicate - a real pleasure to arrange with. The photo of the arrangement contains Chilson’s Pride, Day Dreamer, and a ton of Kelgai Ann.
